Unlike traditional liquid dye\, powdered pigments are placed on top of ice resting over folded fabric. As the ice melts slowly\, it carries the dyes through the fibers\, splitting into unexpected pigment specks and dreamy\, ethereal blends. \nOur color palette for this workshop is directly inspired by the farm in autumn: rich jewel tones drawn from our brilliant marigolds and zinnias\, balanced with\, stunning fall earth tones. \nTo spark your creativity\, every participant will get to pick a bucket of u-pick flowers directly from the fields to inspire your vibrant color selections while you dye! \nYou will dye 1 garment of your choosing (select your style and size at checkout) plus 1 cotton bandana.
