Kid’s Afternoon on the Farm: Marigold Harvest & History | 3:00-5:00PM

Gather your homeschool co-op, scout troop, or group of friends for an interactive autumn afternoon down on the farm—with a special twist on fall focused on the beautiful history of marigolds and Día de los Muertos! Designed for hands-on learning and seasonal fun, kids will explore the farm, visit our resident animals, navigate the corn maze, and dive into seasonal hands-on activities.

Child’s Ticket (Recomended ages 6-11 years)

  • Marigold Picking & History: Take in the vibrant colors and rich scents of our fields while hand-picking blooms and learning the history of cempasúchil.
  • Special Ladybug Release & Pollinator Lesson: Discover the vital role of daytime and nighttime pollinators (like bats!) and participate in an exciting ladybug release right in the marigold field!
  • Sugar Skull Rock Craft: Learn the symbolic history of sugar skulls and decorate a unique sugar skull rock to take home.
  • Corn Maze & Farm Animals: Complete the interactive corn maze passport quest and enjoy a guided walk-and-talk visit with our farm animals!

 

Chaperone / Sibling Add-On Ticket: Designed for accompanying adults, siblings, or extra family members who want to tag along, join the tour, and enjoy the farm experience together. (Note: This ticket includes full event access, but does not include u-pick marigolds or sugar skull craft).

Pack your sun hats, bring your curiosity, and get ready for a wonderful afternoon outdoors!

Check in at the farm stand between 2:30-2:50. The tour will begin promptly at 3:00 PM!

No dogs allowed on the farm due to food saftey reasons.
